They can't blame this on the owner or COVID as this is a straight forward damage deposit refund already processed by the owner. Has anyone been able to get in contact with them? I booked a unit 3 months prior to travel paid half the money as a deposit and then paid what remained 48hrs before departure. I asked for a refund and was denied.
